A calling to listen to the sea.
Join me for a sound meditation shaped by this stretch of coast, its tides and changing moods. Guided words and live sound mingle with the waves, offering space to settle, rest and let the imagination wander.
There is nothing to do or get right. Make yourself comfortable and let the sounds meet you where you are. Time for the body to soften and the mind to drift.
Follow a current of sound and return gently to shore, carrying something of the sea home with you.
Meet me where the land gives way to water and the sea sets the rhythm.
